Can I get a DVD of the videos?

Check the bottom of the particular video page to see if there is a link to the supplier where you can purchase a DVD or VHS with the footage included.

How do I get access to all the content?

You need to become a subscriber. Start by clicking on the Subscribe link on the main menu. On the next screen register for a subscription account by clicking the Register button. Once you have registered you are then able to select a subscription option.

I'm a subscriber, how do I log in?

Use the Subscriber Login form on the left once you have subscribed. Your site username and password are the same as your subscription account.

My subscription has expired, how do I resubscribe?

Login to your subscription account page to resubscribe.

Some of the videos stop during playback, why won't they play without stopping?

This happens when your internet connection cannot stream the video faster than it plays. To prevent this, just pause the video when it first starts to play and allow it to build a buffer (about a minute).

What do I do if I've lost my login details?

If you have lost your password you can request a new one via the login module on the main page.

If you have lost all your login information, send us your details with a request for your login information to be sent. If your email address has changed since you subscribed then you must supply the Transaction ID which was first emailed to you when you subscribed. Our email is:

Why can't I login to the main site anymore?

If you cannot login to the main site anymore, check that your subscription is still current. Click on Subscribe from the main menu and login to your subscription account to check its status. If your subscription has expired you can resubscribe from that same page.

Why isn't the site free?

First, we hate flashing, blinking, gaudy advertisements. Second, the videos are long and consume lots of server bandwidth. So to cover that cost we would rather have a few subscribers paying a small subscription fee than plastering advertisements all over the site.

Why won't the videos play?

The videos at The Motorbike Archives are encoded using Flash, which is becoming the standard for on-line video. To play Flash video files your web browser must have the Flash plugin installed. To download and install the latest version of the Flash player, visit the Adobe Flash Player Download Centre.
